About

ILL staff will scan articles or book chapters and deliver them as a PDF to users' Illiad accounts. This service is currently offered free of charge.

What can be requested?

  • Book chapters and journal articles from the Bailey/Howe Library main stacks and Library Research Annex.
  • Book chapters and journal articles from the Bailey/Howe Library microform collections.

New! Database Trial of Interest - Annual Bibliography of English Language and Literature (ABELL)

Your Feedback is Important!

We are considering the purchase of a subscription to the online version of Annual Bibliography of English Language and Literature* (ABELL).  Subscribing to this online version would address space issues in the libraries and offer the conveniences associated with online article databases (e.g., remote access, complex searching, searching all dates at once, linking to full-text articles when available).
*citations to monographs, periodical articles, critical editions of literary works, book reviews and collections of essays published worldwide from 1920 onwards.

The library currently subscribes to the print version, with holdings extending back to 1930. Volumes are shelved in both the Reference Collection and the Williston Annex. This run of volumes spans several linear feet in both library locations.

We have just initiated a trial of this database which ends on September 13, 2013. Your feedback is important.  After using the database, please take a moment to take a one-question survey to share your opinion.   Click here to take survey

How to Access this Trial:
